Mad kinis will not be accepting any returns or exchanges of swimwear due to hygiene/sanitary reasons. If you have any questions feel free to email us on info@madkinis.com
We do recommend double checking sizes before making an order. This is a strict rule and we cannot make any exceptions.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty bikini you must email us info@madkinis.com so we can repair or replace the item bought. Please return the item within 14 days of purchasing, in its original condition.
If you see a fault in your item please do not wear or wash the swimmers and make sure all the tags/ labels and hygiene stickers are still attached. Once our customer care team has received your bikini and believe the fault is on our behalf we can offer too repair or replace. If your item is out of stock we can offer a store credit.
